Quality control is the basis of the organization. Our system is to produce, check and sell to the market the best porcelain and ceramic tiles, being recognized worldwide.

Continuous improvement

In constant studies for improvements in the process, the company has a continuous improvement program. This plan has the involvement of employees in the resolution of issues with a focus on results, aiming always the organization rules and needs.

Training and professional development

The constant investment in human capital is the hallmark Itagres. The company has a development plan covering training in and out company, lectures and technical courses. In addition to that, we have agreements with universities, forming and training professionals for the tile/ceramic area.

Compliance with legislation

Respect the legislation and the specific regulations of the porcelain/ceramic tile sector, with particular attention to issues related to safety and the environment.

Environment harmony

We control our entire production process, consciously making the recycling of the industrial waste as well as the breakage and other wastes. Itagres also has an internal system of water treatment used in the production of porcelain and ceramic tiles which is then reused in some sectors with automated circuit system closed. In this sense, there is no water waste.
